Project Overview:
Revive Construction completed a 1,400 square foot interior renovation of a downtown Edmonton lease space, transforming the existing unit into two functional areas for new tenants. The project began with full demolition of the existing interior to allow for a complete reconfiguration of the layout. A new demising wall was constructed to efficiently separate the spaces while maintaining flexibility for future use. The scope also included installation of a new storefront designed to improve visibility and provide full barrier-free, handicap-accessible entry. Mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded throughout to meet current code requirements and support the needs of incoming tenants. Revive’s coordinated approach ensured a smooth, efficient delivery aligned with schedule and budget expectations.
