Project Overview:
Revive Construction has been awarded the general contracting role for the washroom renovation and LED upgrade project at Poundmaker Lodge, working in collaboration with Alberta Infrastructure and ACI Architecture. This project involves significant upgrades to the facility while it remains occupied, ensuring minimal disruption to its ongoing operations.
A key component of this project is the comprehensive renovation of 30 bathrooms. These upgrades will enhance functionality, improve accessibility, and modernize fixtures to meet current standards. The renovations include new plumbing fixtures, tiling, and updated finishes to provide a more comfortable and durable environment for residents and staff.
In addition to the bathroom upgrades, the facility will receive an LED lighting overhaul and main distribution panel upgrade. The existing lighting system will be replaced with energy-efficient LED fixtures throughout the building, improving illumination while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs. This upgrade aligns with sustainability goals and enhances the overall safety and comfort of the space.
