Project Overview: Revive Construction was engaged under a Construction Management contract to deliver a 12,000 square foot interior renovation for BBQ Galore. Working closely with the client and design team, Revive facilitated both the design development and construction phases to ensure a seamless transformation of the leased space. The project included significant upgrades to the HVAC system to improve overall performance and customer comfort. The existing layout was reconfigured to clearly demise the showroom and warehouse areas, enhancing both functionality and flow. A new high-performance epoxy floor was installed throughout the showroom, providing a durable and visually appealing finish suited to the retail environment. In addition, a feature display wall was constructed to showcase fireplaces, creating a focal point that enhances the customer experience and supports product presentation.
