Revive construction successfully transformed a 2000-square-foot light industrial space in Edmonton into the new Milwaukee Tool Service Center, delivering a high-performance facility that aligns with Milwaukee’s brand standards. As the design-builder, Revive Construction managed the entire project from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless integration of functionality, durability and brand aesthetics. 

The renovation included a complete interior overhaul, featuring high visibility Milwaukee-branded signage, custom millwork, and an optimized layout to enhance workflow efficiency. A dedicated service counter, tool repair stations, and an inventory storage area were strategically designed to support Milwaukee’s operations. The space was outfitted with durable, industrial-grade finishes, including epoxy-coated flooring, high-impact wall protection, and energy-efficient LED lighting to create a professional highly functional environment. 

The project also incorporated upgrade mechanical and electrical systems to support specialized equipment and improve overall operational efficiency. Attention to detail in branding elements, from Milwaukee’s signature red and back color scheme to branded graphics and displays, ensured a cohesive and recognizable customer experience.
